2/24/2025: They breached our agreement and left the work uncompleted as agreed. Gas leak in two different spots was discovered in the gas line that they installed. They installed extra supplies like Tee and Cap instead of elbow because of their poor planning and not getting the right supplies for the project. Poor quality company. I had to hire another company to come back and fix and complete the project. The whole project cost me twice as much because of them. Update 2/25/2025 Look at your claim and you will see that you only asked for financial judgement for parts and labor and that’s what you got from the court, however your claim that all your actions have been legalized by court is not legit and not right. I haven’t seen in the financial judgment that your breach of contract and leaving the work uncompleted is legalized, the judge didn’t sign an order saying that leaving a leak in a gas line is legal and acceptable, the judge didn’t say that installing a Tee and cap instead of an elbow is a professional and legal work. You went to court asking for parts and labor for your work and you got it but you didn’t go to court asking to legalize your breach of contract, leaving leak in the gas line and installing Tee and Cap instead of elbow which inflate the bill. Wining a financial judgement for the parts and labor doesn’t legalize your unethical and illegal other works that you have done. and just a common sense, if you have done the work as agreed and as contracted then i would've not had to hire another company to come back after you and fix and complete the contracted project with you.

Corey D stopped by from Krohmer plumbing this morning. I’d requested to just have them come over and look at putting piping in for a sub pump. Corey came prepared, and went above and beyond. Not only did you do a fantastic job, he was quick, courteous, and walked me through the what and why of what he was doing. As being a new homeowner, this is probably one of the best experiences. I’ve had the professional in Sioux Falls. First impressions last a lifetime, and these will be the only guys I’m calling here on out. Thanks Krohmer!!

We have had Chris from Khromer for two different repairs. He was prompt, friendly, had a positive attitude, and did a great job fixing what needed fixing. I like learning about house-related things and he was happy to share his knowledge about the process and how it all works. Flood of June 2024 I called this company to come fix my water heater as my basement had flooded. Pilot light was out and I needed someone to relight it. Mason came out and looked at it. Needed a new part, put it on and he said give it an hour you’ll have hot water. Hour went by still no hot water. Called them back and gave them the run down front receptionist lady didn’t know anything so she called mason. Found out I “need” a new water heater. Called the warranty number on the tank and she told me not to panic about the code that was showing. Turns out mason left me with a flammable code. Good thing nothing happened! Warranty lady told me not to panic and walked me through how to reset my water heater. Had it reset and it worked perfectly fine. Just needed a few parts and warranty sent them out. Glad to know this company will leave you with a flammable code with a child and a newborn at home. Now I pay the bill of a whopping 400$ for absolutely nothing!! Wondering if they just wanted commission for a new water heater. Very displeased customer and I will not be returning to this plumbing outlet. Nor will I tell good things about it. Stay clear of this business!
